To support the Depot Manager in managing day-day operations of the depot whilst maintaining the role of Homecare Technician.
To carry out the deliveries, installations and removals of oxygen products including risk assessments and servicing of equipment for NHS patients. To ensure care and consideration, keeping in mind the needs of the patient at all times.
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm - Flexibility regarding dealing with call outs at night/weekends
PRIMARY DUTIES & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
i) To support the day to day running of the depot and provide cover to the Depot Manager when required
ii) To complete calendar based safety checks/fire risk assessment checks when required
iii) To assist with the preparation of receiving and sending stock
iv) To unload/load delivery truck using forklift or other available lifting aids
v) To assist Depot Manager with quarterly/year end stock counts
vi) To assist Depot Manager with the monitoring and controlling of consumable stock with a view to minimising costs/losses
vii) To log and report failed machine stock
viii) To liaise with Depot Manager regarding maintenance and repair of depot infrastructure
ix) To continue to carry out all duties and responsibilities relating to Homecare Technician role
