To assist in the provision of a robust, efficient and effective recruitment, HR and payroll service in accordance with employment legislation and company policy. To provide comprehensive, high quality administrative support by undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks and efficiently working with office systems and processes.
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
PRIMARY DUTIES & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
i) To maintain and assist with the recruitment process
ii) To collate and process the relevant paperwork for vacancies and ensure that the job requisition authorisation is in place prior to the post being advertised
iii) To actively manage and monitor receipt of all pre-employment checks e.g. DBS, health clearance, references, work permits, right to work
iv) To issue authorised terms and conditions to new starters and change of contract letters to staff as they occur
v) To assist the HR Advisor and HR Director with administration, recording and collating of all training information.
vi) To prepare onboarding and training packs for all new starters.
vii) To schedule induction plans with relevant Managers for all new starters.
viii) To update the current HR online database with accurate information and to upload all new starters accurately.
ix) To update training records for current and new staff as part of their onboarding
x) To ensure all systems are managed accurately and databases are kept up-to-date
xi) To ensure that files and records are maintained, stored and retrieved appropriately including the maintenance of computerised information systems
xii) To support with the implementation of ad-hoc projects as required
SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS
The post holder may be required to travel to external sites on occasion.
