    Job Title: Senior Planning Coordinator

    Reports to: Team Leader

    Accountable for: N/A

    Department: Customer service

    Location: Gatwick

    2. JOB PURPOSE

    To be responsible for the day to day planning of field activity, making appointments with patients and working with the field and operations team to ensure planned activities are achieved in a safe and timely manner. Support for other team members and colleauges.

    4. PRIMARY DUTIES & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY


    i) To schedule all installations, uplifts, breakdowns and deliveries in line with contract requirements and objectives
    ii) To book all service calls in line with contract requirements, and objectives utilising support staff to ensure resources are fully booked
    iii) To ensure that all enquiries are completed according to departmental procedures and within set quality standards
    iv) To liaise closely with other departments by best means possible, giving accurate information at all times
    v) To work to organisational and departmental targets as specified

    viii) To work across the department on process improvements and special projects
    ix) To assist with communicating and monitoring productivity and quality targets
    x) Assist in organising daily work schedules and priorities across the team
    xi) To be responsible for designated team leader activities in their absence
    xii) To provide support to other areas of the Customer Service department when required

    6. DEVELOPMENT
    i) It is expected that all Senior Coordinators will be multi-skilled across all aspects of the contact centre prior to applying for this role.
    ii) The post holder will be provided with the appropriate training, coaching and support in each role to ensure they understand the task in hand.

    7. SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS

    The postholder will be required to travel to external meetings on occasion
