Sleep Support Coordinator

    Reporting To: Team Leader

    Contract Type: Permanent - 37.5 hrs per week, Mon - Fri 11am-7pm

    Closing Date: Monday, January 31, 2022

    The role of Customer Support Co-ordinator is a key role within the business to ensure that payments, invoicing and charging are completed accurately and on time.

    Working as part of a small team Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

    Duties include

    • Responding to inbound emails and telephone calls
    • Checking delivery notes
    • Calculating and processing payments
    • Data input
    • General administration tasks

    This role would suit someone with experience of working in an administration role who has good communications skills and experience using MS Office applications.

    Full training will be given
