Dolby Vivisol is contracted by the NHS to provide home oxygen services across the UK. The team at Dolby Vivisol have also been supplying oxygen to care homes and acute care in response to the global pandemic.
It is important that our Home Care Technicians (HCTs) are able to gain access to your care facility in order to safely install oxygen equipment, attend to any breakdowns or uplift equipment.
Our utmost priority is to protect residents as well as our staff. We understand how important it is to protect residents when essential tradespeople are visiting your care homes.
We are able to guarantee that we test our HCTs with lateral flow testing twice a week to ensure that they have a negative test. They also wear full PPE in line with Government guidance and respect social distancing.
Our HCTs do not, therefore, require further testing on arrival to your care home, they will be able to provide confirmation of their negative test.
