We wanted to remind you of our ordering schedule for the forthcoming festive period.
The dates and times in the schedule shown are for everyone in England. Please, ensure you call our customer care service team in plenty of time to guarantee your oxygen supply.
We understand that you may be concerned about allowing our Home Care Technicians access to your home following the latest COVID-19 guidance, however, it is essential that Oxygen Concentrators are serviced at least once per year to ensure they are performing as they should.
Our Home Care Technicians follow social distancing guidelines and wear protective gloves and face coverings.
You can arrange to be in another room during your service. Our customer care team will also continue to ask you if you have or anyone in the household has COVID-19, please don’t be offended when they ask you this; we are keeping you and our staff safe. If you have any concerns the team are here to talk them through with you.
